Comprehensive on-site evaluation
At ELITE Home Inspections, we thoroughly evaluate all visible and accessible structural and major components of the home, including the roof, foundation, crawl space, attic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and major appliances.
We assess the condition of materials and operate accessible plumbing fixtures, appliances, and installed equipment to evaluate their functionality and identify potential deficiencies.
Thermal imaging is included with every inspection to help identify temperature variations that may indicate hidden moisture, insulation deficiencies, or other concerns.

Every inspection is documented with detailed photographs, creating a visual record of the home's condition on inspection day and helping you make confident, informed decisions about your investment!
Client walkthrough
Homebuyers and Realtors are always welcome to join us at any point during the inspection! However, we encourage joining us toward the end, allowing our inspectors time to thoroughly evaluate the home before reviewing key findings, discussing concerns, and answering questions. This ensures you get the most valuable information from your visit!
Add-on services
Our additional services include WDIR (termite inspections performed by a trusted third-party company), air quality and mold testing, sewer scope, and radon testing.
These services may require additional processing time. Air quality and mold testing results typically take 3–5 business days due to laboratory analysis. WDIR inspections are scheduled on or near the home inspection date, with reports generally available within 1–5 business days, depending on the provider.
Radon testing requires a minimum of 48 hours of monitoring, with results available shortly after completion. All additional reports are uploaded to your existing inspection report as they become available!

You will receive a clear, comprehensive digital report powered by Spectora within 24 to 48 hours. We seamlessly upload any laboratory testing findings, such as air or water quality analyses or third-party pest inspections, to your existing file as soon as they're available.
